The theme of our workout is maximal results in minimal time. Because you can perform the workout anywhere, with or without any fitness or gym equipment, over the entire 8-20 minutes, or broken up throughout the day into smaller "mini workouts", it becomes easy to start living the pain free and fit lifestyle with better posture and movement. This format follows Dr. Remy's successful fitness radio show Staying Fit Anywhere and Everywhere, inspiring "busy people on the go" who didn't realize how easy it can be to fit 15 minutes of life-changing corrective and healing exercise into their daily routines.
Our workout program is suitable for complete beginners through advanced levels of fitness, and any stage of pain or injury. Dr. Remy provides you with over 25 years of success in training the worst levels of fitness, and the most complicated cases of posture, pain and injury. You can participate in the workouts at any time or day you wish. The flexibility in when, how often, and how much of each workout you wish to perform is entirely up to you. Each month, you receive four weekly workouts. For the first two months, known as "Basic Training", there are two entirely different and new workouts each week, which can be repeated 2-3 times per week for maximal results. Workouts are automatically delivered to you in PDf text format with plenty of descriptive exercise photos and video demonstrations of the exercises. The workouts are sent to you in progressive sequence from beginners through advanced levels. This ensures your continual progress in all of the workout benefits each week and month. Dr. Remy also gives you the secrets of how to include the corrective and healing exercises into your busy schedule in as little as 2-5 minutes at a time for those with "absolutely no time for exercise". Workouts include motivation, how to integrate your posture/mechanical corrections into daily activities and sports, relaxation techniques, pain relief methods, healthy mindset training, and nutritional advice. The workout is provided in a fun and inspiring way to help ensure that you get the most out of your efforts.
Participation is very affordable compared to personal training fees which range from $100 to $500 per workout for this level of expertise. The entire monthly subscription for the Online Workout is only $39 per month. Payment is charged to your credit card at the beginning of each month, and you can cancel your subscription at any time, but we bet that you won't because each month you will feel progressively more pain free and fit as your posture and conditioning improves.
